The judge then reset the hearing for January 4th 2023. On January 3rd the court site said the prosecutor filed a nolle prosequi before the Brady motions could be heard. Just days after the nolle prosequi I received a target letter saying the prosecutor refiled with the grand jury to open the case back up on January 27th. There are multiple situations of prosecutor misconduct in this case including failure to send victim notification at one point causing me to go back to jail two days after release.
